is specially formulated to remove hard carbon, varnish, baked paints by
immersion method. It is highly recommended for the removal of such
deposits from marine automotive, aircraft's and petrol engines

Product Operating Procedure
Before
dipping the components in Kemstrip-260 processing tank, they should be
completely free from oil, grease or any other contamination by using
our cold solvent cleaner or alkaline decreasing chemical. They
components free from oil grease should be soaked completely in
Kemstrip-260 solution and allow the components to remain the
Kemstrip-260 liquid till the carbon deposits are completely dissolved
or loosened. normally paints and lacquers are usaually softened in about
20 to 30 minutes while sludge of carbon/burnt oil will requires about
1-3. Hours soaking time. hard carbon deposits any require over night
soaking time in Kemstrip-260 liquid Generally the soaking time will
depend on the thickness and the composition of concentration. Remove
the components after soaking In Kemstrip-260 and rinse with a jet of
water to flush cut the loose deposits and dry in a steam or Hot air.
Druign soaking components in Kemstrip-260 liquid, care should be taken
to keep the upper layer of kemstrip-260 liquid minimum three inches
above the bottom layer. The same may be maintained by adding water.
Kemstrip-260 is
heavier than water and also insoluble in water. When Kemstrip-260
liquid is put into the tank (M.S.) the liquid will form two layer with
water on top. Addition of water does not dilute the product to reduce
its efficiency. kemstrip-260 practically does not corrode the steel,
copper, Nickel, Magnesium, cadmium and chromium. However assemblies of
dissimilar metals always raise the possibilities of galvanic corrosion.
