Kemstrip-216 is mainly used when the components are too big or which cannot be dipped in the processing tank. Product Operating Procedure
Kemstrip-216 is applied 1 – 2 mm thick either by Brush or spatual. Immediately after application a vapour, impermeable film is formed which prevents evaporation. It is therefore not essential to disrupt this chemical process by repeated by brush on fresh layers. Let the Kemstrip-216 completely react on the paint surfaces until it is peeled oil. When the paint has started lifting from the metal surfaces it should be removed with the spatula along with the paste. At every thick paint layers several applications of Kemstrip-216 might be required.
