Kemstrip-216 is a cold paint stripper in paste from for the removal of
stoved and air dried paint coatings. Kemstrip-216 is mainly used when
the components are too big or which cannot be dipped in the
processing tank. Generally this type of stripper is used for repairing
work on machinery and those equipments which cannot be removed from
their location.
Density: 1.15(at 20°C).
Kemstrip-216 is a high viscosity paint stripper in paste form. It can
be applied even on vertical surfaces because it does not drain off.
The heavy duty stripping effect is good, against all kinds lacquers
like.

Product Operating Procedure
Kemstrip-216 is applied 1 2 mm thick either by Brush or spatual.
Immediately after application a vapour, impermeable film is formed
which prevents evaporation. It is therefore not essential to disrupt
this chemical process by repeated by brush on fresh layers. Let the
Kemstrip-216 completely react on the paint surfaces until it is
peeled oil. When the paint has started lifting from the metal
surfaces it should be removed with the spatula along with the paste.
At every thick paint layers several applications of Kemstrip-216
might be required.

Kemstrip-216 is based on chlorinated
base and mixture of various solvents and complex organic chemicals.
It is harmful if swallowed or inhaled or directly caused burns of eyes
and skin. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapours. Always use gloves,
aprons, boots, eye shields, etc. during the stripping and handling of the same.
