Product Description
Kemclean-S-1 is a solvent base gold emulsifier soak cleaner used
as a pre-dip cleaner to remove heavy oil or grease or any other
foreign contaminant present on the surfaces of ferrous and
nonferrous metals. Kemclean-S-1 is used by immersion as well as by
brush applications. After cleaning with kemclean-S-1, the work should
be thoroughly rinsed with water and then carried out into our
kemclean range of Alkaline base degreasing chemicals.

Product Operating Procedure
By Immersion Applications
The components which are to be cleaned should be first of all dipped
into kemclean-S-1 tank at a room temperature only.
Dip time: 10 minute
After cleaning the components in Kemclean-S-1 chemical, they should
be thoroughly rinsed with cold water by spray. If the rinsing tank is
used by immersion, an agitation is must in the cold rinsing tank, in
order to obtain best cleaning. The water rinsing tanks should always
be over flowed continuously in order to avoid the excess
contamination in the rinsing tank.
By Brush Applications
The second method is by brush
application method. The components should be wiped out with rags or
by brush (with our Kemclean-S-1) cleaner and leave the components for
5 minutes and finally rinsed with cold water to remove this emulsion
cleaner.
Product Application Equipment
Kemclean-S-1 tank should be fabricated with 3 4 mm thick M.S.
With continuous with fresh Kemclean-S-1 chemical only.
Testing and Control Procedure
No chemical test is required. Kemclean-S-1 is consumed by drag out
only and thus can be maintained with fresh Kemclean-S-1 chemical
only.
Chemical Replenishment
The Kemclean-S- tank never be discarded. After considerable time when
the contamination i.e. like oil, soil float on the tank then Kemclean-S-1 solution should be transferred to the next rinsing tank
and allow the chemical to settle down overnight. Then on the next
day again filter Kemclean-S-1 in the first soak cleaner tank and
maintained the level of the tank by adding fresh kemclean-S-1
chemical in the tank and start the production.
Safety Measures
Kemclean-S-1 is a solvent base material and is therefore inflammable.
Smoking and naked flames should be avoided in the vicinity of the
cleaning tank. The most important factor is that water should be
mixed, which will reduce effect the efficiency of the Kemclean-S-1
solution.
