Product Description
The product is specially developed for the treatment of recirculating
water in water backed paint spray booths and designed to be
particularly suitable for use in large installations. Kemclean-1550
eliminates any over spray paint, rendering subsequent cleaning and
maintenance much simpler. When mixed with a small quantity of mineral
oils in pump spray booths, the cleaning of booth becomes much
easier.

Product Operating Procedure
Mix
5 kgs. Kemclean-1550 powder in 1000 ltr. bath tank and churn it for
15-20 minutes to get Phomogenous solution and check its pH. In case
of no-pump booth add 25 ltrs. of waste engine oil (mineral oil) in 1000
ltr. of bath solution until some free oil floats on the surface.

tank should be fabricated with 3 4 mm thick M. S. plates with
continuous agitation arrangement.

Pipette
out 10 ml. smple. Add 2 to 5 drops of methyl orange indicator.
Titrate with N/10 sulphuric acid to reach end point as red colour.
Pointage should be maintained above 7 ml. For each point below 7 ml,
add 725 gms of Kemclean-1550 per 1000 ltrs. solution to raise
pointage by one unit.
Chemical Replenishment
Paint floats in form of light porous lumps on the top of the tank solution,
which should be taken out on weekly basis to avoid pump clogging and
when tank becomes quite dirty and contaminated with fine paint
particles, the tank should be discarded.
Safety Measures
Kemclean-1550 contact with skin,
eyes, and clothing's should be avoided and proper safety precautions should be taken by operators by using gloves, goggles and safety
clothing. In case of accident, the affected portions should be
continuously flushed with water, and a physician should be immediately consulted.
